MANUFACTURING FACILITY

All products are fabricated at Baker Furnace's state of the art facility in Yorba Linda, California. Our production personnel are highly skilled and extremely competent in all phases of our manufacturing process including welding/fabrication, fuel train assembly, pipe fitting, electrical panel construction, final assembly and paint.

Control panels manufactured by Baker Furnace are U.L. listed (via our own U.L. file) and include high quality electrical components by respected manufacturers such as Honeywell, General Electric,Eclipse and Allen Bradley.

We have a rigorous quality control program which provides for a thorough inspection of our product at all critical phases of the manufacturing process. Our quality control process culminates in a final test firing at our facility. In final checkout, up to 40 specific check points are evaluated and signed off by a quality assurance inspector to ensure that your equipment is ready for a trouble free startup at installation.
