THERMAL OXIDIZERS

Thermal Oxidizers manufactured by Baker Furnace are regarded by many as the best in the industry. Our thermal oxidizers have been successfully installed on over 500 installations across the country, and we are pleased to state that we are either the preferred or the exclusive supplier of thermal oxidation systems to several major oil companies. Two 6,000 CFM thermal/catalytic oxidizers engineered and manufactured by Baker Furnace for a project in Nevada are among the largest ever operated on a soil remediation project.

Baker thermal oxidizers have proven themselves as reliable, trouble free performers in the field. A fleet of our equipment owned by a major oil company provided uptime in excess of 98% over a two year period.

Oxidizers are provided either skid or trailer mounted with integrated positive displacement or liquid ring blowers capable of providing inlet vacuum up to 14" of mercury (higher vacuums available with liquid ring blowers). The systems can be designed to operate on natural gas or propane. Our Baker- Cat electric catalytic oxidizer can be used in installations where gas or propane service is not readily available.
