Baker Thermal Oxidizers have proved themselves reliable and trouble-free performers in the field. A fleet of our equipment owned by a major oil company provided uptime in excess of 98% over a two year period.
Thermal Oxidizers are provided either skid or trailer mounted with integrated positive displacement or liquid ring blowers capable of providing inlet vacuum up to 14" of mercury (higher vacuums available with liquid ring blowers).
The systems can be designed to operate on natural gas or propane. Our Baker-Cat electric catalytic Oxidizer can be used in installations where gas or propane service is not readily available.
